FlexiBowl is a flexible feeder that provides enhanced capabilities in component feeding. FlexiBowl orients and separates parts by exploiting the movements of a rotating plate actuated by a servomotor and a pulse generator. It can feed products of any geometry, surface, material, measurement between 1-250 mm, and weight from 1-250 g. This system replaces the need for numerous units as in conventional systems used in manufacturing and robotics, and is compatible with all pick and place industrial robots and vision systems.
